Proofs on Steroids

Do you ever wish you had help with collecting proofs?

What if you could leverage features in PowerDMS to do the heavy lifting for you?

Here's how I stop sending emails requesting proofs and am still able to build my files...

1. Upload all proofs of compliance to designated folders in PowerDMS documents:

2. Set each proof up on an automated review workflow assigned to whoever is responsible for producing the proof.
 
 
 
 
3. Proofs are either emailed to me and/or uploaded directly to PowerDMS.
 
 
 
4. I review each for accuracy and completeness and close the workflow.
 
 
 
 
5. Update any flags and highlights in the assessment.
 
 

 
6. The review workflow resets to repeat at the designated time.
 
 

That's it! It takes a little work on the front end, but once it's set up, it will 
serve you for many years to come and provide maximum efficiency.
