Introducing the Accreditation Readiness Coach —

A Smarter Way to Prepare for Assessment Interviews[

If you've ever prepared your staff for an accreditation assessment, you know that documentation alone isn't enough.

Interview readiness matters.

It's one thing to write a policy. It's another to be able to speak confidently about how it’s carried out — especially in front of assessors.

That’s why I created the Accreditation Readiness Coach — a role-specific simulation tool that helps law enforcement, corrections, pretrial, and inspector general professionals:

Who It’s For

Where to Find It

Right now, the Accreditation Readiness Coach is available as a Custom GPT inside ChatGPT (requires a paid subscription).

A free, web-based version is already in development and will launch soon — making it accessible for everyone, no ChatGPT account required.

Why It Matters

Staff often don’t need more forms — they need context and confidence.

This tool is built to simulate real-life site visit conversations, support natural learning, and reduce the stress of the unknown.

The Accreditation Readiness Coach was developed with awareness of CJIS-related concerns. It does not store user data, collect personal information, or access any agency systems. All interactions are private to the user and designed for safe, self-directed preparation.

If you'd like early access or want to explore it with your team, I’d love for you to test it out. Here's the LINK!
