What Happens After You Enroll

After enrolling, you can start the course immediately or return to it later. Courses show your progress as you go, so you can stop and pick back up where you left off at any time.

Each course walks you through the material step by step. Just follow the prompts within the course, advance through the sections, and complete the activities as instructed. Everything is self-paced, making it easy to fit into your schedule.

How to Decide Which Courses to Take

If you’re just starting out in accreditation, a great place to begin is the Accreditation Management section. Working through those mini courses gives you a solid foundation for how assessments, standards, and workflows fit together.

If you’re also involved in policy writing or manual management, the PowerPolicy and Workflows courses are especially helpful.

For those serving as a Master Admin, the administrative courses provide important insight into system-level settings and permissions.

Other areas like Training Management and PowerReady can be explored as they apply to your role.

Using PowerDMS Resources Beyond the Courses

Sometimes you don’t need to retake an entire course — you just need a refresher or a quick reminder on how something works. In those cases, the PowerDMS Success Community is a great companion resource.

Using the search feature there can help you quickly find articles, walkthroughs, and short how-to videos without having to dig back through a full course.
